Transparency is the foundation of every luxury stay. Before we welcome you to our William Avenue sanctuary, please review the binding agreements that ensure your security and comfort at Argent Haven.
1. Reservation & Payment
When you book a package at Argent Haven, you're entering a binding travel contract. We require a valid credit card to secure your boutique experience. Ready to finalize your plans? You'll be charged 50% of the total fare at the time of booking, with the balance due 14 days before your arrival in New York.
Have you double-checked your travel dates? Modification requests remain subject to availability.
2. Cancellation Policies
Life is unpredictable. We understand. However, to maintain our standard of fine dining and bespoke service, we must adhere to strict cancellation windows. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your check-in time incur a 100% penalty of the first night's stay.
- Standard Rate: 72-hour notice required.
- Special Packages: Non-refundable upon booking.
3. Guest Conduct & Property
Our suites are meticulously curated for your peace. We're committed to a smoke-free environment. Any damage to the boutique hotel property at William Avenue will be evaluated by our facility manager and charged to the guest's folio. We're proud to maintain a haven of luxury for all.
